In 2021, ACS Italia will become a publicly controlled corporation of the CSQA Group. Joining forces will make it possible to reach new targets and markets in Italy and abroad and further increase the importance of the culture of professionalism certification and training.

The body that certifies people verifies that specific professional figures possess, maintain and improve over time the necessary competence, understood as the set of knowledge, skills and endowments required for the assigned tasks.

ACS Italia is an ACCREDIA-accredited Personnel Certification Body, in accordance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012 (Certificate No. 0117PRS).

The competencies of a professional figure are attested by the certificate of conformity issued by the accredited certification body that carried out the assessment activity.

ACS Italia is a leader in profession certification services; our mission is to create trust among society, consumers, authorities, and generally all those who have an interest in accessing qualified skills, abilities, and knowledge. ACS Italia is committed to independence, impartiality, and integrity from commercial, financial, or other pressures that may influence its decisions.

We believe that the certification of professions can contribute to the free movement of people, to the creation of an increasingly qualified offer and responsive to market needs, ensuring the integration of knowledge, knowing how to do and knowing how to be. We operate throughout Italy, through Partner companies and qualified exam centers; access to certification exams is facilitated by the use of web technologies. Our examiners are certified professionals capable of enhancing and directing the career paths of our stakeholders.

ACS Italia, aware of the importance of impartiality in independent third-party certification activities, has carried out an analysis of threats to its impartiality and will constantly monitor any significant variations over time.

For the purpose of containing the threats and related factors, a Committee for Safeguarding Impartiality has been established in accordance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17024, which includes, in its membership, representatives of users (clients, individual or grouped in organizations), industry and trade associations, governmental control bodies or other governmental entities, nongovernmental organizations, consumer organizations, universities, so as to best reflect the stakeholders in certification activities and offer the highest guarantees of impartiality of certification activities.

The composition of the committee should be such that it represents in a balanced way the major stakeholders in certification activities so that no single interest is predominant.
